We are looking for community representatives to serve on the Head Start/Early Head Start Policy Council for Community Action Partnership of Cambria County’s Early Childhood Programs.  Policy Council is the governing body for our Head Start and Early Head Start programs. It consists of parents of Head Start and Early Head Start enrolled children and community people. Policy Council parents decide upon meeting dates and times, but currently they are held on the third Tuesday of each month virtually via Zoom or at a central location in the county.
