Applications to enroll 3 to 5-year-olds from low-income families in Community Action Partnership of Cambria County’s Head Start and PA Pre-K Counts Programs will be taken at the following sites. Parents are invited to come find out if they meet eligibility guidelines for our FREE high quality pre-school programs. They will need to bring along income verification (W-2, pay stubs, award statement, etc.), their child’s birth certificate, Social Security number, health insurance card, and immunization record.
Our agency also offers the Early Head Start Program to pregnant women and children up to the age of 3 in the northern part of Cambria County. Families can apply for this program as well.
